Nuchigusui
Life Medicine mentorship
A one-on-one healing intensive for integration, continuity, and embodied repair.
Nuchigusui
is an Okinawan term meaning life medicine. It reflects the understanding that healing does not come from a single practice,
but from relationship, rhythm, and care over time.
Nuchigusui brings together the four pathways: Mabui Gumi, Warabi Gami, Utootu, and Ikigai into one integrated, relational healing journey with weekly Check in via zoom.
Nuchigusui is an Okinawan teaching
that translates simply as life medicine… the understanding that the nourishing elements of daily life —
food prepared with care, relationships held with intention,
laughter, rest, beauty, nature, the earth beneath your feet —
are not supplemental to healing.
They are the healing itself.
This mentorship is where the full Umui path —
Mabui Gumi, Warabi Gami, Ututu, and Ikigai —
is held within a direct, ongoing relationship
between you and your guide.
Where the self-guided courses offer the teaching,
Nuchigusui offers the integration.
The check-in. The practice refined for your specific life.
The space to name what is arising — and what to do with it.
This is the offering for the woman
who doesn't want to move through the work alone.
